Pour it into the mold with the syrup already hardened and take it to the oven for approximately 45 minutes. After removing, let it cool and take it to the freezer for a few minutes and you just need to unmold it to taste this wonder.

In first place, put sugar in a pan over low heat, let it melt until the sugar is all dissolved to make the caramel clear and very liquid.

Second, Put the caramel in a form of central hole with 24 cm (large therefore), spreading well. Reserve.

Third, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. 

Fourth, put the condensed milk, the milk, the eggs in the blender and beat well until everything is mixed.

Fifth, now put the ingredients that were mixed in the blender in the form that had been reserved with the caramel.

Sixth, then we will place the central hole shape inside another shape with boiling water (bain marie), then we will cover with aluminum foil and put it in the oven to bake for 1 hour.

Seventh, when finished baking, remove from the oven, let it cool and put it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.

Eighth, now let's unmold. The process must be done carefully, use a knife to take off the pudding, if you see that it does not come off, then you must place the mold in another container with warm water to make it easier for the pudding to come out.

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 2 milk cans use the same can of condensed milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar for caramel


  • In a pan, place the sugar and with the low fire let the sugar melt until everything dissolves to make a clear and liquid caramel.
  • Place the caramel in a large shape (24 cm) with a central hole, spreading it out well. Reserve.
  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • In the blender, place the condensed milk, milk, eggs, and beat well until you mix everything.
  • Place the beaten ingredients in the reserved form with the caramel.
  • Let's put the central hole shape inside another shape with hot water (bain marie), cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven preheated to 180ºC for 1 hour.
  • After baking, let it cool and put it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
  • To unmold, use a knife to unmold the pudding and if it doesn't come out right away, place the bottom of the form in a bowl with hot water to unmold it better.
