- 2 milk cans use the same can of condensed milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup (tea) sugar for caramel
In a pan, place the sugar and with the low fire let the sugar melt until everything dissolves to make a clear and liquid caramel.
Place the caramel in a large shape (24 cm) with a central hole, spreading it out well. Reserve.
Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
In the blender, place the condensed milk, milk, eggs, and beat well until you mix everything.
Place the beaten ingredients in the reserved form with the caramel.
Let's put the central hole shape inside another shape with hot water (bain marie), cover with aluminum foil and bake in the oven preheated to 180ºC for 1 hour.
After baking, let it cool and put it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
To unmold, use a knife to unmold the pudding and if it doesn't come out right away, place the bottom of the form in a bowl with hot water to unmold it better.
After unmolding, serve and enjoy!
