INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Wash lettuce leaves and cut into thin strips and place in a salad bowl or bowl. Reserve.
