INGREDIENTS
  

  • 100 g kale, cut into thin strips
  • chorizo or calabrese sausage cut into thin slices
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • 50 ml of oil
  • Water
  • salt

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Peel the potatoes and onion, cut into pieces and set aside.
  • In a pan, place the potatoes, onion and garlic clove cut in half.
  • Put the water to cover the vegetables, salt, oil and let it cook until they soften. I used (1 liter of water).
  • Once cooked, turn off the heat and pass the vegetables with the mixer to make a cream.
  • Then turn on the heat and bring the cream to a boil again and then add the chopped cabbage. Taste for salt, add more if necessary.
  • Serve with slices of chorizo or pepperoni on top of the soup.
