INGREDIENTS

  • 60g of raw almonds or hazelnuts or cashews
  • 150g pitted dates or plums
  • 3 tbsp or 45ml of melted coconut oil / or olive oil
  • 80ml coconut vegetable milk
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered ginger
  • 1 teaspoon) of biological yeast

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients and grind until it becomes a malleable mass that comes off your fingers (if you don't have a powerful processor, grind the almonds first and then the dates, add all the dry ingredients and finally the liquids until you get the desired consistency. ).
  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and stretch with a rolling pin.
  • Cut the dough with a cookie cutter.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes in a rectangular shape lined with parchment paper and bake until the cookies are golden.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Store in a closed glass bottle, they last up to 2 weeks.
