Ingredients
- 1 small chard cut into strips
- 1 cucumber (medium) cut into thin sticks
- 1 carrot (medium) cut into thin sticks
- 1 red onion (medium) cut into thin strips
- 1 Cup of tea) red and/or yellow peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1/3 of cup of (tea) from shoyu
- 1 lemon juice
- Ground pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil (sunflower, corn, coconut or olive oil)
- 4 garlic cloves cut into thin slices
- 1 tbsp white sesame
- olive oil to taste
