Avocado stuffed with tuna Fitness

AVOCADO STUFFED WITH FITNESS TUNA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 avocado cut in half
- 2 drained tuna cans
- 1/4 of cup of (tea) de pimentão vermelho picado
- 1 tbsp de jalapeño picado
- 1/4 of cup of (tea) coarsely chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp suco de limão
- Sal e pimenta preta à gosto
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. With a tablespoon remove part of the avocado pulp and place in a bowl and reserve the avocados that were removed the pulp.
- Then mash the avocado flesh well in the bowl, drain the tuna can and place the drained tuna on top of the avocado flesh.
- Then add the other ingredients: red pepper, jalapeño, coriander, salt and black pepper.
- Lastly, add the lemon juice and mix the salad well, then fill the reserved avocados with the finished salad. Place chopped coriander on top before serving.
- Now just serve and enjoy!
