INGREDIENTS
  

  • 1 kg seedless ripe tomatoes
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1/2 onion (small) chopped
  • 6 basil leaves
  • Olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan
  • salt
  • Black pepper to taste

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • Put the oil in the pan to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
  • Next, put the chopped onion to sauté in olive oil, then also put the crushed garlic to sauté.
  • After the onion and garlic are sautéed, place the clean, seedless tomatoes, put the lid on and let the tomatoes cook to release all the water for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, add the seasonings: salt, basil and black pepper to taste. Let it cook for another 15 minutes.
  • As soon as the tomatoes are broken, pass with the mixer to puree. Let it cook for another 10 minutes, taste the salt and if it is acidic, add a little sugar.
