- 1 kg seedless ripe tomatoes
- 1 crushed garlic clove

Put the oil in the pan to cover the bottom and let it heat up.
Next, put the chopped onion to sauté in olive oil, then also put the crushed garlic to sauté.
After the onion and garlic are sautéed, place the clean, seedless tomatoes, put the lid on and let the tomatoes cook to release all the water for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add the seasonings: salt, basil and black pepper to taste. Let it cook for another 15 minutes.
