LOW CARB DESSERT OF KIWI AND MANGO
INGREDIENTS
- 5 g colorless gelatin pack
- 4 kiwi
- 1 mango
- 1 tsp of linseed
- 1 unsweetened natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Pieces of kiwis and mango to decorate.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, grind all the ingredients and leave pieces of the fruit to decorate.
- Pour the mixture into individual bowls / or a large bowl and garnish with pieces of the reserved fruit.
- Place in the fridge for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, remove from the fridge and serve.
