When we talk about Kiwi and Mango, we are talking about fruits that are very beneficial for your health, not to mention that they complement each other in terms of flavor as well as elements that help improve your health or balance your diet.

LOW CARB DESSERT OF KIWI AND MANGO
INGREDIENTS
- 5 g colorless gelatin pack
- 4 kiwi
- 1 mango
- 1 tsp of linseed
- 1 unsweetened natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp of honey
- Pieces of kiwis and mango to decorate.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, grind all the ingredients and leave pieces of the fruit to decorate.
- Pour the mixture into individual bowls / or a large bowl and garnish with pieces of the reserved fruit.
- Place in the fridge for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours, remove from the fridge and serve.
