Today I'm going to prepare a very special dish for you, because it's one of the most creamy and tasty foods I've had the pleasure of eating until today.

That's why I decided to make this wonderful Chicken Fricassee recipe. The images you see in this recipe fail to show the taste of this dish.

Chicken Fricassê is a mixture of flavors in the form of a creamy chicken filling placed on a platter and later added a layer of mozzarella cheese and ending with potato straw. 

Once assembled, the platter goes into the oven to dry the sauce and brown the cheese, which makes this dish unforgettable.

INGREDIENTS
  

  • 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tin green corn
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • 1 glass of curd 250g
  • 1/2 large chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • parsley to taste
  • 200 ml of the broth from the cooking of the chicken
  • 1 potato straw packet
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
 

  • In a heated pan, put a thread of olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, let it brown, put the tomato and let it sauté more to remove the water from the tomato.
  • Add the shredded chicken and stir more to coat everything, add the parsley and mix, set aside.
  • In the blender, place the broth from the cooking of the chicken, the corn, the cream, the cream cheese and beat everything very well.
  • Add this blended mixture to the sautéed chicken, parsley to taste, involving everything, taste the salt and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the chicken stuffing to a shape, put the grated mozzarella cheese on top, and spread potato straw on top.
  • Put it in the oven at 180ºC, and put it to brown. Serve with rice and salad.
