  • 1 tin of boiled condensed milk or ready-made dulce de leche
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g crushed roasted peanuts


  • Place the dulce de leche in a bowl, separate the yolks from the whites and add the sifted yolks to the dulce de leche and stir everything very well.
  • Then beat the egg whites and place in the dulce de leche preparation and mix everything well and slowly so you don't lose the air of the mixture.
  • After everything is mixed, refrigerate for 3 hours in a large container or small bowls.
  • After 3 hours, remove the container and decorate with crushed peanuts and now just enjoy!
