Potato Salad with Egg
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg of potato
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp of salt
- 2 tbsp of parsley
- 2 tbsp chives
- 3 tbsp of oil
- 1 lemon juice
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes and place in a pan with water and a tablespoon of salt, let it cook until softened. Once cooked, drain the potatoes and set aside placing in a salad bowl or bowl.
- Put the eggs to cook at the same time you put the potatoes, as soon as they cook wait to cool, peel and cut into medium cubes and set aside.
- Now, water the potatoes with the lemon juice, put the chopped eggs, parsley, chives and finally the olive oil.
- Mix the salad well to coat the ingredients and serve immediately.
