Lettuce Salad with Carrots
INGREDIENTS
- 6 lettuce leaves cut into strips
- 1 carrot (medium) grated in the coarse grater
- 1 tomato (medium) cut into thin half moons
- juice of ½ lemon
- salt to taste
- olive oil to taste
