INGREDIENTS
- 400 g of wheat flour
- 200 ml of warm water

- 1 tbsp of cachaça
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Place 300g of flour in a bowl and reserve 100g for the end when kneading.

- Mix everything with a spoon and when the dough gains consistency, transfer it to the table and knead it with your hands and gradually add the flour that we have reserved (100g).
- Knead well until it is firm and unglued from your hands, then wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two parts, the other part wrap in plastic wrap so it doesn't dry out.
- Sprinkle the table with wheat flour to stretch the dough, leave the dough very thin and cut with a pizza cutter rectangles and fill with stuffing to your liking.
