ICE CREAM FROM JELLY
INGREDIENTS
- 1 25g packet of gelatin, flavor of your choice 25g flavor of your choice
- 250 ml hot water
- 250 ml of ice water
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 milk cream box
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Place 250ml of hot water and 1 packet of gelatin in a blender, beat to mix.
- After beating, add 250ml of ice water, beat some more.
- Add the can of condensed milk and the box of cream, beat more to mix.
- Pour the whipped mixture into a 1.5 liter ice cream box.
- Place in the freezer for approximately 4 hours.
- When it starts to crystallize, remove from the freezer and place in the mixer to beat at high speed for 10 minutes, until doubled in volume.
- Place in containers of 1.5 liters each and take to freeze. Once frozen, serve. Yields 3 liters of ice cream each preparation.
