MILK CAKE
Ingredients
- 1 liter liter of milk
- 2 1/2 cups (tea) unleavened wheat flour
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 3 tbsp of margarine
- 4 eggs
Step-by-step instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180º C.
- Grease a 34cm x 21cm rectangular pan.
- Add the eggs, milk, sugar and margarine and blend well in the blender for 2 minutes.
- Then add the flour and mix well.
- Place the beaten dough in the mold and take it to the oven to bake for 1h20min.
- After roasting, wait for it to cool completely, put it in the fridge and serve it cold.
