- 1 cup cornflakes;
- 180 ml of water (corresponds to 3/4 of a 240 ml cup);
- Salt to taste;

- Mix the couscous well and leave to stand for a while. 15 minutes.
- After the couscous has rested, place it in another dry bowl.
- Then gently stir the couscous with a spoon.
- Place in the microwave and cover with a plate, on maximum power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds (in my case the microwave has a power of 800 watts, if yours has a lower power, increase the time).
