Hello my dears!

Today I decided to make a strawberry gelatin pudding for everyone to enjoy here at home. I chose this gelatin pudding because it is a very delicious dessert, super easy and quick to make.

today is one of those days that I don't plan to be in the kitchen for too long , because it's too hot and I want to relax a bit 🙂

Here you have no excuse that it is difficult or that you don't have the necessary ingredients.

Preparation of the gelatine pudding

As I said above, this pudding is very easy to make and takes only 30 minutes before it goes into the refrigerator.

In terms of ingredients you will only need about 5 that we usually have at home:

  • Gelatin
  • Condensed milk
  • regular milk
  • Milk cream
  • Water 

Without further ado let's start our gelatin pudding. 

In first place, open the two packets of gelatine in the flavor of your choice and dissolve them with 300 ml of boiling water.

Second, then, put the milk, condensed milk, cream and gelatine that have been dissolved in the meantime and beat very well.

ThirdTake the mixture out of the blender and place it in an oil-greased pudding mold (with a central hole).

Fourth, take to the fridge for approximately 3 hours. Then remove from the fridge, unmold and serve.

  • 2 gelatin packets of the flavor you prefer
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 milk can the same size as the can of condensed milk
  • 1 milk cream box
  • 300 ml of boiling water
  • 1 20cm diameter pan with central hole greased with oil


  • Melt the gelatin envelopes in 300ml of boiling water.
  • Beat the milk, condensed milk, cream and dissolved gelatine in a blender. mix well.
  • Add the mixture to the greased baking pan.
  • Freeze for 3 hours and then unmold.
