Hello my dears!
Today I decided to make a strawberry gelatine pudding for everyone at home to enjoy. I chose this gelatine pudding because it's a very delicious dessert that's super easy and quick to make.

And today is one of those days that I don't intend to spend too much time in the kitchen, because it's so hot and I want to relax a bit 🙂
There's no excuse here - it's difficult or you don't have the necessary ingredients.

Preparing the gelatine pudding
As I said, this pudding is very easy to make and only takes 30 minutes to chill.
In terms of ingredients, you will only need 5 that we normally have at home:
- Gelatin
- Condensed milk
- regular milk
- Milk cream
- Water
Without further ado, let's start our gelatine pudding.
In first place, open the two packets of gelatine in the flavor of your choice and dissolve them in 300 ml of boiling water.
Second, then, put the milk, condensed milk, cream and gelatine that have been dissolved in the meantime and beat very well.
ThirdRemove the mixture from the blender and pour it into a pudding tin (with a central hole) greased with oil.

Fourth, take to the fridge for approximately 3 hours. Then remove from the fridge, unmold and serve.

DUFF JELLY
INGREDIENTS
- 2 gelatin packets of the flavor you prefer
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 milk can the same size as the can of condensed milk
- 1 milk cream box
- 300 ml of boiling water
- 1 20cm diameter mould with central hole greased with oil
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Dissolve the gelatine envelopes in 300ml of boiling water.
- Beat the milk, condensed milk, cream and dissolved gelatine in a blender. mix well.
- Add the mixture in the greased form with oil.
- Freeze for 3 hours and then unmold.
