PINEAPPLE CAKE W/ WHIPPED CREAM
Ingredients
- 1 Sponge cake
- Chantilly 2 boxes of sour cream for filling / 1 cx. sour cream to decorate
- 1 can of pineapple in syrup Net weight: 830g / Drained: 400g, for filling and decoration
- 1 a bottle like the ones we put ketchup in or any other bottle to put the syrup from the can of pineapple to moisten the sponge cake discs.
Step-by-step instructions
- With the same form that you removed the sponge cake, place the plastic to line the bottom of the form and leave the ends out.
- Then, place the 1st disk of the sponge cake that has the parchment paper inside the mold, without removing the paper.
- Moisten the 1st sponge cake disc with the pineapple syrup. You don't need to put too much.
