PINEAPPLE SEMIFRIO
Ingredients
- 2 cans of pineapple in syrup (800g each)
- 2 pineapple flavored gelatin envelopes
- 500 ml hot water
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 sour cream boxes
Step-by-step instructions
- Put the water to boil in a pan. After boiling, lower the heat and add the gelatin, stir well and let it cool.
- Rinse the form in cold water.
- Chop some pineapple slices and spread them on the bottom of the mold.
- With the other can, reserve a slice for decoration and put the rest in the blender to beat and add the pineapple jello little by little.
