Hello my dears!
Today, in response to another request from many of our subscribers on YouTube, I'm going to prepare a delicious mashed potato recipe for you.
This recipe is very old in my family, my mother taught it to me when I was still a teenager. Since then I've always made mashed potatoes this way, which everyone approves of!
Mashed potatoes are one of those side dishes that are good with all types of dishes, whether meat or fish it works really well and I love eating mashed potatoes with everything 🙂
Preparing mashed potatoes is not difficult, but it does take some time, however, it is worth the time you “wasted” preparing it.
Here below I show you how to make simple and easy-to-prepare mashed potatoes, on video and with step-by-step instructions so you don't have any difficulties.

MASHED POTATOES
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of potatoes or 5 medium potatoes cut into thin slices
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 tbsp of butter or margarine
- salt to taste
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the potatoes into thin slices, place in a pan, cover with water and season with salt.
- Cover, and let it cook until the potatoes soften.
- Once cooked, drain them and place in the same pan.
- Mash the potatoes with a fork or mashing device.
- Now add the milk, butter and mix well to make a smooth puree.
- Turn off the heat and place the ready puree in a serving bowl.
