Ingredients

  • 800 g of a meat of your choice;
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic;
  • 2 chopped medium onions;
  • 1 Cup of tea) chopped broccoli;
  • 1 Cup of tea) of chopped cauliflower;
  • 10 chopped pods;
  • 2 diced carrots;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

  • First put a dash of olive oil in a pan and saute the meat, onion, and garlic;
  • When everything is browned, add the remaining vegetables, stirring everything very well;
  • Once the ingredients have cooked, add the water, salt and seasoning;
  • Bring everything to the boil and wait until the meat and vegetables are tender and cooked;
