- 5 ripe tomatoes;
- 2 units (averages) of cucumber;
- 2 units (averages) of pepper;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 tbsp of vinegar;
- 3 tbsp of olive oil;
- 450 ml of tomato juice;
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice;
- Salt and spices to taste.
First wash and cut the tomatoes, pepper and cucumber into medium pieces;
Put the tomatoes, garlic, juices, oil, and vinegar in a blender and blend;
Once you get a homogeneous mixture, add the pepper and cucumber;
Beat again until everything is properly mixed;
Remove from the blender and place in a bowl, adding the salt and seasonings;
Stir everything well. Refrigerate for a few hours and then serve.
