Ingredients

  • 5 ripe tomatoes;
  • 2 units (averages) of cucumber;
  • 2 units (averages) of pepper;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar;
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil;
  • 450 ml of tomato juice;
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

  • First wash and cut the tomatoes, pepper and cucumber into medium pieces;
  • Put the tomatoes, garlic, juices, oil, and vinegar in a blender and blend;
  • Once you get a homogeneous mixture, add the pepper and cucumber;
  • Beat again until everything is properly mixed;
  • Remove from the blender and place in a bowl, adding the salt and seasonings;
  • Stir everything well. Refrigerate for a few hours and then serve.
