Ingredients

  • 4 units of bread;
  • 1 packet of of cherry tomatoes;
  • 10 units of arugula leaf;
  • 4 slices of parma ham, cut;
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil;
  • 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar;
  • 1 tbsp of capers;
  • 1/2 teaspoon) of oregano;
  • 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • If you haven't already made the croutons, cut the bread into small cubes, drizzle with a little oil, and place at 180 degrees in the oven for 15 minutes;
  • Meanwhile, arrange the chopped tomatoes with the arugula in a window. Then season with the capers, oregano, pepper, salt, oil, and vinegar;
  • Stir everything very well and then add the parma ham. Finally, add the croutons and stir well;
  • After following these steps, you can now serve.
