Ingredients

  • 500 g unpeeled pumpkin;
  • 200 g of shredded chicken;
  • 1 chopped medium onion;
  • 1 crushed raw garlic clove;
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil;
  • Salt and seasonings to taste

Instructions

  • First, cook the pumpkin in water in a saucepan until it is soft;
  • Take another pan and put the oil to sauté the shredded chicken;
  • As soon as it browns, add the onion and garlic, stirring very well;
  • When the pumpkin is ready, blend it in a blender with the cooking water;
  • Then pour the mixture into the pan with the chicken, onion and garlic;
  • Add the spices of your choice and let everything cook well;
  • When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and serve the broth.
