Ingredients

  • 3 sliced calabresasas;
  • 6 tbsp of cornmeal;
  • 3 chopped bundles of cabbage;
  • 2 cloves of crushed garlic;
  • 250 g of chopped bacon;
  • 2 large chopped tomatoes;
  • 1 large chopped onion;
  • 1 chopped medium bell bell pepper;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

  • First, put the bacon and pepperoni in an oiled frying pan;
  • When everything is fried, add the onion, tomato, bell pepper and garlic and sauté well;
  • Finally, add the cabbage to the mixture and stir until it is properly sautéed;
  • Now take a saucepan, add the water and cornmeal and stir well;
  • As soon as the mixture becomes mushy, add the ingredients from the pan;
  • Add salt and seasoning, mixing everything together and adjusting until it tastes good;
  • When the broth has reached the desired creaminess, turn off the pan and serve.
