Ingredients

  • 1 avocado cut in half
  • 2 drained tuna cans
  • 1/4 of cup of (tea) de pimentão vermelho picado
  • 1 tbsp de jalapeño picado
  • 1/4 of cup of (tea) coarsely chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp suco de limão
  • Sal e pimenta preta à gosto

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. With a tablespoon remove part of the avocado pulp and place in a bowl and reserve the avocados that were removed the pulp.
  • Then mash the avocado flesh well in the bowl, drain the tuna can and place the drained tuna on top of the avocado flesh.
  • Then add the other ingredients: red pepper, jalapeño, coriander, salt and black pepper.
  • Lastly, add the lemon juice and mix the salad well, then fill the reserved avocados with the finished salad. Place chopped coriander on top before serving.
  • Now just serve and enjoy!
