- 1 avocado cut in half
- 2 drained tuna cans
- 1/4 of cup of (tea) de pimentão vermelho picado
- 1 tbsp de jalapeño picado
- 1/4 of cup of (tea) coarsely chopped coriander
- 1 tbsp suco de limão
- Sal e pimenta preta à gosto
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. With a tablespoon remove part of the avocado pulp and place in a bowl and reserve the avocados that were removed the pulp.
Then mash the avocado flesh well in the bowl, drain the tuna can and place the drained tuna on top of the avocado flesh.
Then add the other ingredients: red pepper, jalapeño, coriander, salt and black pepper.
Lastly, add the lemon juice and mix the salad well, then fill the reserved avocados with the finished salad. Place chopped coriander on top before serving.
