Ingredients

  • 2 cups of tea) of boiled cowpeas
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped small tomato
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 Cup of tea) of chopped olives
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • 1/2 lemon to season

Instructions
