Ingredients

  • PASTA:
  • 1 Cup of tea) of milk chá de leite
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 cups of tea) grated carrot
  • 1 Cup of tea) of wheat flour + 1 tablespoon (soup) full of wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp sopa de óleo
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • RECHEIO DE CARNE MOÍDA:
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 cebola (média) picada
  • 2 dentes de alho (médios) picados
  • 1/2 Cup of tea) of tomato sauce
  • olive oil to taste
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 packet of heavy cream

Instructions

  • Stuffing Preparation: In a heated pan, place the oil to sauté the onion and garlic, so they are well softened, then put the ground beef, and let it sauté well. Add the parsley, salt and pepper. Then put the tomato sauce, stir well and finally put the milk cream and let it cook a little.
  • Preparation of the dough: Beat all the ingredients in the blender, until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  • Assembly: Grease a frying pan with oil, then place a ladle of the dough preparation to form a pancake. Place the stuffing on the pancake, after all done, place in a rectangular shape, put the sauce on top and then the grated cheese and take it to the oven preheated to 180ºC to brown.
