Ingredients

  • 150 g from bulgur;
  • 2 crushed and salted cloves of garlic;
  • 2 red onions cut into slices;
  • 350 g of cooked and drained chickpeas;
  • 1/2 grated red cabbage;
  • 2 pears cut into slices;
  • Arugula and spinach to taste;
  • 1 chopped mint;
  • 1 pinch of turmeric;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar;
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil;
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, accommodate all the vegetables mixing them delicately;
  • Then add the chickpeas, bulgur, and garlic mixture;
  • Once everything is properly stirred, add the salt, oil and vinegar;
  • Stir everything until well mixed. Finally, add the turmeric and pepper.
  • Taste it to see how it tastes, and when it's ready just serve it.
