- 150 g from bulgur;
- 2 crushed and salted cloves of garlic;
- 2 red onions cut into slices;
- 350 g of cooked and drained chickpeas;
- 1/2 grated red cabbage;
- 2 pears cut into slices;
- Arugula and spinach to taste;
- 1 chopped mint;
- 1 pinch of turmeric;
- Salt to taste;
- 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar;
