Ingredients

  • 350 g of rice of your choice;
  • 2 chopped oranges;
  • 100 g of feta cheese in pieces;
  • 1 package of watercress;
  • 1 chopped onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 apple cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp of vinegar;
  • 1 pinch of black pepper;
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil;
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • First, cook the rice in a pot with at least 4 cups of water;
  • Meanwhile, in another pan saute the onion and garlic;
  • Now take a bowl and put the oranges, the apple, the watercress and the cheese;
  • Mix everything very well and then add the onion and garlic;
  • Once the rice is ready, mix it with the other ingredients while stirring well;
  • Finally, add the salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar, and you can serve.
