Ingredients

  • 500 g of chopped white cabbage;
  • 1 large carrot cut into cubes;
  • 1 chopped peppers;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1/2 chopped onion;
  • 1 diced chayote;
  • 1/2 medium chopped tomato;
  • 1 vegetable broth;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

  • First you need to sauté the onion, tomato and pepper in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil;
  • Once everything is browned, add the garlic, cabbage, chayote, and carrots. Stir it all very well;
  • Agora coloque cerca de meio litro d’água, adicionando o caldo de legumes, o sal e os temperos;
