Ingredients

  • 5 ripe tomatoes;
  • 2 unidades (médias) of cucumber;
  • 2 unidades (médias) de pimentão;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar;
  • 3 tbsp of olive oil;
  • 450 ml of tomato juice;
  • 2 tbsp de suco de limão;
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

  • Primeiro lave e corte os tomates, o pimentão e o pepino em pedaços médios;
  • Put the tomatoes, garlic, juices, oil, and vinegar in a blender and blend;
  • Assim que obtiver uma mistura homogênea, adicione o pimentão e o pepino;
  • Bata novamente até tudo estar devidamente misturado;
