Mango mousse

Mango Mousse Preparation
For the mango mousse, peel the mangoes and cut into pieces and reserve small pieces to decorate.
In a blender, place the mangoes in pieces, add the condensed milk, the cream and beat well.
Once the mousse is ready, place in individual glasses or in a large bowl. Place in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Passion Fruit Mousse Preparation
Make the passion fruit juice by adding a little water and strain it through a sieve to remove the concentrated juice, and use the measure of the can of condensed milk.
In a blender, place the can of concentrated passion fruit juice, condensed milk and cream, beat well.
Once the passion fruit mousse is ready, place it over the mango mousse that was already in the fridge after 3 hours. Refrigerate the passion fruit mousse for another 3 to 4 hours.
When the mousse is firm, decorate with pieces of mango and passion fruit pulp. Serve next.
