Ingredients

  • 400 g of wheat flour
  • 200 ml de água morna
  • 1 teaspoon) of salt

Instructions

  • Place 300g of flour in a bowl and reserve 100g for the end when kneading.

  • Divide the dough into two parts, the other part wrap in plastic wrap so it doesn't dry out.
  • Sprinkle the table with wheat flour to stretch the dough, leave the dough very thin and cut with a pizza cutter rectangles and fill with stuffing to your liking.
