- 100 g kale, cut into thin strips
- chorizo or calabrese sausage cut into thin slices
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 50 ml of oil

Peel the potatoes and onion, cut into pieces and set aside.
In a pan, place the potatoes, onion and garlic clove cut in half.
Put the water to cover the vegetables, salt, oil and let it cook until they soften. I used (1 liter of water).
Once cooked, turn off the heat and pass the vegetables with the mixer to make a cream.
Then turn on the heat and bring the cream to a boil again and then add the chopped cabbage. Taste for salt, add more if necessary.
Serve with slices of chorizo or pepperoni on top of the soup.
