Ingredients

Mango mousse

  • 2 mangas maduras e médias
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 milk cream box
  • Pedaços de mangas para decorar

Mousse de Maracujá

  • Suco concentrado de 3 maracujás grandes (usar a medida de 1 lata de leite condensado)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 milk cream box
  • Polpa de maracujá para decorar

Instructions

Mango Mousse Preparation
  • For the mango mousse, peel the mangoes and cut into pieces and reserve small pieces to decorate.
  • In a blender, place the mangoes in pieces, add the condensed milk, the cream and beat well.
  • Once the mousse is ready, place in individual glasses or in a large bowl. Place in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Passion Fruit Mousse Preparation
  • Make the passion fruit juice by adding a little water and strain it through a sieve to remove the concentrated juice, and use the measure of the can of condensed milk.
  • In a blender, place the can of concentrated passion fruit juice, condensed milk and cream, beat well.
  • Once the passion fruit mousse is ready, place it over the mango mousse that was already in the fridge after 3 hours. Refrigerate the passion fruit mousse for another 3 to 4 hours.
  • When the mousse is firm, decorate with pieces of mango and passion fruit pulp. Serve next.
