PASTA
- 1 kg approx. unleavened wheat flour
- 250 ml of warm milk
- 250 ml of water

PASTA

FILLING
Heat a pan and add the oil, then the garlic and onion to brown.
Then add the ground beef and let it sauté well until all the water is gone from the meat.
Then season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Then add the chopped tomato and parsley to taste and stir well until all the water is removed and the stuffing is very loose. Then just turn off the heat and wait for the filling to cool before filling the esfihas.
