Ingredients

  • 2 natural greek yogurts
  • 85g of raspberries, or strawberries, or blueberries
  • 55g chopped pecan nuts
  • 1/2 limão (raspas da casca)
  • 1/4 teaspoon) of vanilla extract
  • fruits to decorate

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat the cream until thick with whipped cream consistency.
  • After the whipped cream, add the pecans, raspberries, lemon zest and finally the vanilla extract. Mix everything with a spoon and cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • Pour into glasses, decorate and serve.
