Ingredients

  • 5 g colorless gelatin pack
  • 4 kiwi
  • 1 mango
  • 1 tsp of linseed
  • 1 unsweetened natural yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Pieces of kiwis and mango to decorate.

Instructions

  • In a blender, grind all the ingredients and leave pieces of the fruit to decorate.
  • Pour the mixture into individual bowls / or a large bowl and garnish with pieces of the reserved fruit.
  • Place in the fridge for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours, remove from the fridge and serve.
