- 1 Chicken breast (medium) cooked and sliced
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/4 small red onion or shallot
- 2 tbsp of corn
- 125g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp chia and flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon) of honey
- 1 lemon juice
- salt to taste
Cook the chicken breast with water and salt, after cooking cut it into small thin slices. Reserve.
On a platter, place the chopped pineapple.
Cut the avocado and red onion into thin slices and place on top of the pineapple.
Now place the chopped chicken, spreading the pieces well all over the platter.
Add the corn, fresh mozzarella and pomegranate seeds.
Season everything with lemon juice and honey, salt to taste and garnish with chia and linseed.
