Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of tea) of strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Cup of tea) of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Instructions
