Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of tea) fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 Cup of tea) unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon) of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon) of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 or 1 Cup of tea) of ice (depending on the thickness)

Instructions

  • In a blender place the yogurt, berries, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and ice.
