Ingredients

  • 2 xícaras de (chá) bem cheia of spinach
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 4 small carrots
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 olive oil ladle
  • 2 liters of water

Instructions

  • Cut the potatoes, carrots, zucchini with the skin, onion and garlic into cubes and add the water and let it cook well.
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, crush them with a mixer or blender, add the salt, the oil and bring to a boil to cook a little more.
  • When it boils, add the spinach leaves and heat a little longer to cook the spinach leaves.
  • Once ready, just serve it with bread or toast.
