- 2 xícaras de (chá) bem cheia of spinach
- 2 medium potatoes
- 4 small carrots
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 onion
- salt to taste
- 1/2 olive oil ladle
- 2 liters of water
Cut the potatoes, carrots, zucchini with the skin, onion and garlic into cubes and add the water and let it cook well.
Once the vegetables are cooked, crush them with a mixer or blender, add the salt, the oil and bring to a boil to cook a little more.
When it boils, add the spinach leaves and heat a little longer to cook the spinach leaves.
Once ready, just serve it with bread or toast.
