Ingredients

  • 200 g of quinoa grains;
  • 1 1/2 Cup of tea) of olives;
  • 1 diced tomatoes;
  • Green leaves to taste;
  • 1 grated carrot;
  • 10 pitted green olives;
  • 1 tbsp of chopped green onion;
  • Salt, oil and vinegar to taste

Instructions

  • If you want to cook the quinoa, place it in a pan of hot water until it softens;
  • Meanwhile, place the vegetables in a bowl and mix gently;
  • Once the quinoa is ready, add it to the other vegetables while stirring well;
  • Finally, add the spring onions, salt, oil and vinegar;
  • When everything is ready, you can serve.
