Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (tea) cooked quinoa;
  • 1 can of light tuna;
  • Arugula leaves to taste;
  • 1/2 chopped cucumber;
  • 1 chopped red onion;
  • Chopped walnuts to taste;
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of chopped parsley;
  • Chopped mint to taste;
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil;
  • Salt and vinegar to taste

Instructions

  • First, place the rocket, cucumber and onion in a bowl and mix well;
  • Then add the mint, quinoa, walnuts, olive oil, vinegar and salt;
  • Mix everything together until it tastes good, then add the tuna and parsley;
  • When the salad is ready, you can serve it.
