- 250 g quinoa seed or quinoa grains;
- 1 medium carrot cut into cubes;
- 1 medium zucchini cut into cubes;
- Lettuce leaves to taste;
- 2 small cucumbers cut into slices;
- 12 chopped olives;
- 1 chopped red pepper;
- 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil;
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar;
- Salt and seasonings to taste
First, take a large pan and cook the vegetables in water;
