Ingredients

  • 500 g of fresh pupunha palm heart;
  • 1/2 packet of of heavy cream;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon) of rosemary;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • Nutmeg to taste;
  • 1 chopped tomato seedless;
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions

  • In a large pan, saute the onion and tomato with a dash of olive oil;
  • Then add the chopped hearts of palm and the rosemary;
  • Cover with water and cook until the heart of palm is a little soft;
  • In a separate pan, saute the garlic and add the cooked hearts of palm;
  • Now blend it all together with the heavy cream in a blender;
  • Place back in the pan and season with salt to taste and nutmeg;
  • Finally, mix well and let it cook for a few more minutes;
  • Serve.
