Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of fish;
  • 400 g of diced potato;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • Salt to taste.

Instructions

  • First of all, make sure the fish is clean, without bones and skin;
  • Now cook the fish in a pot of water for about 10 minutes and reserve it in a separate vessel (1.5 liters of water is sufficient);
  • In the same pan and without removing the cooking water from the fish, add the chopped potato and cook again;
  • In another pan, saute the onion, garlic and tomatoes in a little olive oil until golden brown and the tomatoes fall apart in the pan;
  • Now put the sauteed spices into the pot in which the potatoes are cooking;
  • Add the fish that you cooked previously;
  • Mix everything together and cook until the potatoes are just right;
  • Season with salt to taste and serve;
